MoonQuake Films has been developing screenplays, TV Shows, and Feature Films since 2002. The company has two main branches in Los Angeles & New York.  We love films with a strong message, films that “push the envelope” and inspire the mass.

JONATHAN AVIGDORI - Founder, CEO and Producer
Jonathan lunched MoonQuake Films in 2002; a film development and production company (Also known as MoonQuake Productions). Jonathan has worked in the film industry for over 10 years and had worked with many heavy weights such as Steven Spielberg and David Mamet. Jonathan has written eight high concept screenplays and sold two entertainment franchised businesses within the last four years.

YARIV OZDOBA - Partner, Producer
Writer / Director of “Final Draft” which was selected for such film festivals as the Victoria Film Festival, the Orange County Film Festival and the Jerusalem Film Festival. The film received great reviews in many leading entertainment newspapers including Variety and Filmmaker Magazine.

Following his writing and directorial debut, Yariv was hired to write and direct a second feature film. Joined again by Scott Rosenfelt, Ozdoba co-wrote and co-directed with Oren Goldman a family movie starring Craig Ferguson (“The Big Tease”, “Saving Grace” and “The Drew Carry Show”), and Joe Morton (“Brother From Another Planet”, “Terminator 2” and “Speed”).

  • "Headshots" is in pre-production.
  • "Kentuky Rhapsody" written by Nick Cassavetez is in pre-production.
  • "American Girls" is in Pre-production.

MoonQuake Films has optioned Andrew Grinbaum's Threelogy – Sinsibel. The first book (Blood For Blood) has already been adapted to a screenplay and the first movie will start pre-production this spring.

MoonQuake Films has optioned Nick Cassavetez "Kentuky Rhapsody".
